Initially, we will
require for example, project Mechanical & Electrical
specifications, drawings, and equipment schedules
to commence production of the O&M Manuals.
Site visits will be arranged for familiarisation,
information requirements, O&M Manual presentation to
client, etc.
The O&M Manuals are normally produced to the BSRIA
format, although they can be produced to any style
or format to suit client requirements.
Where required, we will liaise with installation
trade contractors, issue templates and collate /
standardise their O&M information into the
integral project-specific Manual.
The O&M Manuals can be supplied as hard copy or
electronically.
The hard copy O&Ms are produced using 80-100g/m2
quality A4 paper as loose leaf in Project
labelled, durable 4 D-ring presentation binders.
Quality card indexed section dividers will be
provided.
The electronic manuals are produced to replicate
the hard copy manuals, in fully hyperlinked WORD
and PDF formats and supplied on Project labelled
CDs.
We will obtain all relevant Manufacturers
Literature, As-Installed Drawings and
Commissioning Information to include in the
completed O&M Manuals. |
